Hey, guys. Ryan from Prima Coffee Equipment. Today we're going to take a look at the OptiPure Water Test Kit. What this is, is a customized water filtration solution. Water is the lifeblood of our cafes. It makes up over 98% of our beverages and flows through our expensive equipment all day. So knowing its composition and ensuring its quality is going to go a long ways in ensuring the lifetime of your equipment, and just making sure your drinks taste good. So, what's included in this kit, first, are four test strips and a color reference chart. You're going to test hardness, pH, total chlorine, and free chlorine, and write the results here on the chart.
Next you're going to fill two 50ml vials water from your tap, and then mail them in this envelope to OptiPure's test lab. Three dollars postage, drop it off at USPS and you're good. Within one week OptiPure is going to get back to you, and to Prima, and tell us what the TDS, alkalinity, chloride and chloramines looks like in your water. You're also going to record the equipment that needs to be fed by your filtration, and then OptiPure is going to take that data and the water test data, and give us several recommendations for filtration, and that's it. It only takes about a week, two weeks at the most, and this is a really effective way to make sure that you're getting exactly the right thing for your cafe, to protect your equipment and ensure beverage quality. Thanks so much for watching. Email us at sales@primacoffee.com for more info about the water test kit.
