Having programmable timed dosing, stepless grind adjustment, and doserless design, the K30 is an espresso grinder that can be found in numerous cafes. With 65mm steel, flat burrs, the K30 can kick out 1,600-2,000 lbs of ground coffee before needing to swap out the burrs. These OEM replacement burrs from Mahlkonig for the K30 Vario, K30 Air, and K30 Twin grinders are exactly the same as the originals.
