Bee House Brewing Guide
The Bee House offers up a delightfully forgiving brew method, sturdy construction, and several color options. It acts as a great entry level brewer for people just starting out in manual brewing thanks in part to its easy-to-access filters, simple wedge profile and two drain holes that don't require a fancy kettle or precise pouring technique.

Recipe:
- Coffee dose: 20g
- Water Weight: 300g
- Grind Size: Medium
- Water Temp: 212F
Begin prepping your filter by rinsing it with hot water and drain. Pour 20 grams of coffee into the brewer.
Step 1
Pour 50 grams of water. Stir gently with the WDT tool to wet all the grounds and break up the clumps.
Step 2
At 30 seconds pour 125 grams of water. Swirl.
Step 3
When the slurry has drained to bed level, add the remaining 125 grams of water. Swirl.
Step 4
Your brew should end between 4-5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
