Recipe:
- Coffee dose: 60g
- Water Weight: 12oz
- Ice weight: 12oz
- Grind Size: Medium-Fine
- Water Temp: Cool water
Remove the stopper and valve from the upper chamber. You may then remove the upper chamber from the lower chamber to make it easier to pour in the ground coffee.
Step 1
Next, pour the 60 grams of coffee into the upper chamber and insert the upper chamber back into the lower chamber. Place the provided paper filter on top of the ground coffee.
Step 2
Once you've added the coffee and filter, pour a splash of the 12 oz of water directly on to the paper filter to wet it and dampen the first level of coffee grounds.
Step 3
Reinsert the stopper and valve and add the 12 oz of ice to the upper chamber.
Step 4
Next, saturate the ice with the remaining 12 oz of water.
Step 5
Lastly, using the adjustment valve, adjust the flow-rate to approximately 1 drop per second. Place the lid back on top to prevent unwanted particles from entering the water, and wait around 4 hours for your slow drip cold brew to finish brewing. Enjoy
