Recipe:
- Coffee dose: 80g
- Water Weight: 1000g
- Grind Size: Medium
- Water Temp: Cool water
Begin by removing the lid and adding your 80 grams of medium ground coffee to the filter basket. Shake to level the grounds.
Step 1

Next, you will slowly add the 1000 ml of water to the coffee grounds. We recommend using a pouring vessel, such as a kettle, or something with a pouring spout to prevent unwanted spills. Ensure your grounds are fully saturated.
Step 2

Once all the water has been added to the Mizudashi, allow the coffee to continue drawing down, add the lid, and place in the refrigerator overnight (12-18 hours).
Step 3

Once the coffee has sat and chilled for 12-18 hours, you can remove the filter basket and coffee grounds, replace the lid, and serve!
