SWORKSDESIGN Ditting 807 Spring Loaded Portafilter Fork

The SWORKSDESIGN Ditting 807 Spring-loaded Portafilter Fork transforms any Ditting 807 Lab Sweet or Ditting 807 Filter grinder into an incredibly streamlined single-dose platform, allowing the user to grind directly into a portafilter for a clean espresso workflow. This fork is also compatible with Acaia’s 58mm dosing cup, allowing the grinder to be used for single-dose filter coffee while the fork is installed. This fork requires no permanent modification to the grinder, but the T-rail will need to be moved upward one slot to ensure the portafilter sits close to the spout. Also included with the portafilter fork is a silicone plug to fill in the open hole below the T-rail after it is moved. This portafilter fork features infinite height adjustability as well as width adjustability to accommodate virtually any portafilter, including asymmetrical portafilters like Victoria Arduino. Pair it with the SWORKSDESIGN Ditting 807 Single-Dose Hopper and SWORKSDESIGN Ditting 807 Bellows for a more minimalistic profile and ultra-low retention.
