Woodress carts ship in 6–8 weeks and arrive with no countertop holes. The Nuova Simonelli Appia Life Compact ships separately to a local technician designated by the manufacturer in about 2 weeks. Once Nuova’s pre-installation requirements have been met, the technician will deliver and install the machine on your cart. We outfitted the High Volume Espresso Package with a machine that offers the space-savings and 120v power of a 1-group, but with a massive 7.5L boiler and 2 group heads for near-continuous hot drinks. And of course, you know we had to pair it with the fastest espresso grinder in the world. This beast grinds a double shot in under 3 seconds, stores the dose behind a trap door, and dispenses it into the portafilter on demand in under half a second before automatically pre-loading the next dose. The result? A pairing you can’t outpace.
Efficient Workflow with Smart Utilities
The beating heart of this package is the Caffewerks High Volume Hydro Connect Cube, a utility hub capable of distributing up to 8 water lines at 3.2 gallons per minute, while also providing two 110v power outlets and two USB ports for added flexibility. Included are 5 and 7-gallon tanks for water reservoir and drainage, an in-counter pitcher rinser, and an outdoor-rated mini fridge to keep milk ice cold.
