Performance & Reliability Upgraded

Ditting is offering thoughtful revisions to the impressively functional and reliable 804 line by introducing the new 807 Filter coffee grinder. Since the 1970s, the 804 grinders have offered consistent performance, and Ditting is building on this principle while providing a more modern aesthetic as well as altering both external and internal upgrades within the 807 Filter. Equipped with dual internal fans, a new, electronic switch, a stepless grind adjustment with clear reference points, and a simple, tool-free removable hopper, the 807 Filter coffee grinder provides the same quality you've come to expect from Ditting's flagship line with welcomed, improved features.

A Simpler Workflow

The large, adjustable forks are the most noticeable aspect of the 807 Filter coffee grinder. This feature allows for a simple, enjoyable grinding experience directly into a brew basket, negating the need to first grind your coffee into a separate grounds container. An adjustable slide chute also provides control over the direction of your ground coffee to ensure that mounding along the sides of the basket is no longer an issue and that all grounds land in the center of the basket. Finally, Ditting has fitted the 807 Filter with an open workspace, making single-dosing and grinding directly into bags possible. These attributes make the 807 Filter the most versatile grinder in the 807 line.

Consistency For Every Application

Thanks to the 80mm flat steel burrs, the 807 Filter grinder is capable of producing up to two pounds of ground coffee in a minute, and the addition of dual cooling fans ensures that heat is directed away from the burrs and motor, maintaining grind consistency. Grind ranges from Turkish coffee all the way to cold brew are also possible by way of a simple turn of the stepless adjustment wheel. The ability to install the same premium cast steel burrs that are present in the 807 Lab Sweet is also an option on the 807 Filter, increasing overall performance and lending more sweetness to the finished brew. Lastly, the 807 Filter's hopper does not require tools to be removed as was seen on the 804 line, and the grinder will not engage unless the hopper is present as an added safety measure for all users.
