Caffewerks' 1.5 gallon per minute pump and 2 gallon accumulator system ensures constant, stable pressure for your espresso extractions. Especially if you run pre-infusion, a pump/accumulator system is a must for any direct-plumb set up. This system also helps relieve some stress on the espresso machine's internal pump helping it to last longer. This pump/accumulator system makes the perfect companion to the LUCCA A53, Linea Mini, Linea Micra, or virtually any other single group or two group espresso machine. This system also provides enough flow to support a pitcher rinser and handwashing station (or a batch brewer) in addition to the espresso machine. If in doubt, this is our go-to system for almost any mobile coffee cart. Caffewerks water systems are built using 3/8 Push Fit connections for simple install and use.
